ALBANY (Nov. 10, 2011)-- Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, shown here visting New York Army National Guard Soldiers in August, today anmnounced his "Experience Counts" campaign which will facilitate the transfer of military skills to the public and private sectors by returning veterans.
Governor Cuomo also announced the expansion of the state&rsquot;s Council on Returning Veterans and Their Families and tasked the Council with finding more ways to properly credit military experience in the civilian workforce.
