LATHAM-- New York Army National Guard Private (E-2)Rodrigo Sanchez, a member of Detachment 1, Company A, 1-224th Aviation Security & Support Battalion, is congratulated on his promotion on Saturday, Nov. 19, by Chief Warrant Officer Aaron Teichner, the detachment commander, following a flight in one of the detachment’s OH-58 helicopters. Sanchez was rewarded for his hard work in the unit with an incentive flight in the back seat of an OH-58 on a training mission.
