COHOES, N.Y. - New York Air National Guard Master Sgt. Marlene C. Frankovic, a Stay on Track instructor with the New York National Guard Counterdrug Task Force, speaks to a classroom of children at Cohoes Middle School here Jan. 18. Frankovic, who has worked with the Counterdrug Task Force since 1996, told students various ways to say "no" to drug dealers. The Counterdrug Task Force reached more than 8,000 middle school students (grades 6,7 and 8) in 100 different schools in 2011 as part of its Drug Demand Reduction efforts.
