STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Scotia-- New York State Deputy Secretary for Public Safety Elizabeth Glazer sits at the controls of an New York Army National Guard OH-58 helicopter during a visit to the New York National Guard Counter Drug Task Force on Tuesday, Jan. 31. Glazer also visited the 2nd Civil Support Team, which is located at the air base, and inspected an LC-130 "Ski Bird" aircraft used in the Antarctica and Greenland by the New York Air National Guard’s 109th Airlift Wing, during her base visit.
