SARATOGA SPRINGS-- Jerome Hauer,Commissioner of the New York State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services receives a token of thanks from Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York, following a talk to the leaders of the New York Army and Air National Guard on Saturday, April 14. More than 300 National Guard Officers, as well as members of the New York Guard and New York Naval Militia participated in the annual Adjutant General’s Professional Day event held April 13 and 14 at the Saratoga Springs Convention Center.
