YONKERS, N.Y. - New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Dreisbach, from Manhattan, previously led the New York National Guard security element in New York City, Joint Task Force Empire Shield and served as the signal officer of the Army Guard’s 42nd Infantry Division in Troy, N.Y.
