STRATTON ANGB, Scotia NY. --New York Air National Guard Tech.Sgt Brandon Guthinger, a flight engineer with the 109th Airlift Wing, gets a warm welcome from his wife Misty and daughter Brianna as he returns from South East Asia. Guthinger had been deployed since February.
