Alicia Seda, a member of Company C, 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion from New York City, gets tips on combative techniques from Sgt. 1st Class Michael Benware, from Philadelphia during training here on July 30. Seda and other members of the 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion are preparing to deploy to Afghanistan later this year.
