FORT BLISS, TX-- New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Dan Bien, the CSM of the 101st Expeditionary Signal Brigade, speaks to members of the Fort Bliss community during an event commemorating the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. The 101st trainewd for deployment to Afghanistan at Fort Bliss.
