LATHAM-- New York Army National Guard Col. Albert Ricci accepts the colors of the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade from Major General Steven Wickstrom, the commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, during change-of-command ceremonies at the Army Aviation Support Facility here on Saturday, Oct. 20. Ricci took over command of the brigade from Col. Mark Stryker who is retiring after 31 years of service.
