Joseph Lengyel, Vice Chief of the National Guard Bureau, the use of an electronic tablet here at Fort Hamilton December 20, 2012. Soldiers of Team Sandy use the tablets during their missions to conduct wellness checks, going door-to-door in the boroughs of New York City hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy, providing goods and services such as water and food, and collecting data to better assess the welfare of residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
