LATHAM-Television news cameras roll as New York Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer Christopher Lightner steps off the bus at Division of Military and Naval Affairs Headquarters here on Christmas Eve as he returns from deployment to Kuwait. More than 100 New York National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 27tgh Infantry Brigade Combat Team returned home to armories in Syracuse, Latham.
