WASHINGTON DC-- President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama salute perfomers in the Inaugural Parade as they pass the reviewing stand on Jan. 20 in a photograph taken by New York Air National Guard Tech Sgt. Eric Miller. Miller, the Public Affairs NCO for the 106th Rescue Wing, was on duty in Washington DC during the Inaugural Week to document National Guard support for the event and the event itself.
