NEW YORK-Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Denise M. Jelinski-Hall, the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the National Guard Bureau signs her name at the top floor of the Freedom Tower during a visit to the building, nearing construction at the World Trade Center site, on March 15. Jelinski-Hall accompanied General Frank Grass, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, during a visit to New York City on March 15-16. As a guest of New York State Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks and Air Guard Command Master Chief Richard King She toured the Lexington Avenue Armory and marched in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade with the 69th Infantry.
Her responsibilities include advising the Chief of the National Guard Bureau on all enlisted matters affecting training and utilization, health of the force, and enlisted professional development of National Guard Soldiers and Airmen.
