NY shares communication capabilities with Israeli Defense Force Home Front Command

LATHAM, N.Y. -- New York Army National Guard Spec. Nick Cavallaro explains the communications network capabilities of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability system to Lt. Col. The Defense Force visitors spent the day learning how the New York Army National Guard develops command and communications capabilities and uses them to bridge first responders and other local, state, and federal agencies during emergencies.
