STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Newburg- New York Air National Guard U.S. Staff Sgt. Raymond Ortiz, an aircraft maintainer, explained the C-5M refurbishment program to U.S. Air Force General Paul J. Selva the commnander of the Air Mobility Command, during a visit to the base on Friday, May 10. Also on hand were Maj Gen Verle L. Johnston commander of the New York Air National Guard, Col Timothy J. LaBarge commander 105 Airlift Wing, and Chief Master Sgt. Richard A. Andy Kaiser air mobility command chief .
