VICENZA, Italy --New York Army National Guard Col. Reginald Sanders (left) the commander of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, joins Dr. Jeannot Essono Engueng (center) from the Military Forces of Central Africa, and Col. Frederick Ndjonkep, a member of the Military Operations Command of Cameroon during an exercise planning conference here in April. The 369th Sustainment Brigade has previously participated in exercises in Mali.
