Mark Leahey, the Chief of Fires for the 42nd Infantry Division Headquarters, based in Troy, N.Y., uses Voice Over Internet Protocol to discuss targeting during a Warfighter simulation briefing June 12, 2013 at the Mission Training Complex, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Soldiers of the 42nd Infantry Division Headquarters began a corps-level Warfighter training exercise here at the Mission Training Complex (MTC) June 2, 2013.
