FORT DRUM--Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York, congratulates Major General Harry Miller, the commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, after he "pinned on" Millers two star rank during a ceremony here on Monday, June 24. Miller, a two-time veteran of the Iraq War and one-time garrison commander of Fort Drum, took command of the 42nd Infantry Division in April.
