MOHAWK-- New York Army National Guard Soldiers Staff Sgt. Gary Matt from the 2nd Battalion 108th Infanty and Staff Sgt. Joe Bolton from the 206th Military Police Company tow a surplus humvee used by the Village of Mohawk as a rescue vehicle out of a garage where it was submerged in five feet of water so they can slave start it. The Guardsmen were part of the state response to flash flooding in the Mohawk Valley ordered by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
