WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY - New York Air National Guard Lt. Col. James W. Nolan assumes command of the 106th Rescue Wing Aircraft Maintenance Squadron from Col. Jeffrey Arndt on September 19, 2013 at FS Gabreski ANG. Col. Arndt will assume full-time duties as the 106th Rescue Wing vice commander.
