Army Sgt. Major Jumps with 106th Rescue Wing

WESTHAMPTON BEACH-- New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks ( right) speaks with a para-rescue jumper assigned to the 106th Rescue Wing here following a tandem parachute jump on Sept. 24. Wicks and other senior Army and Air Guard NCOs visited the base to get a first hand look at the wing's operations.
