105th Captain serves as cyber ops officer

KANDAHAR AIRFIELD, Afghanistan --New York Air National Guard Capt. Michael Gielbeda makes a radio call here. Gielbeda serves as a cyber operations officer and the project engineer of communications for Regional Command South at Kandahar Airfield. Gielbeda is assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing's 213th Engineering Installation Squadron out of Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, N.Y. At KAF he is assigned to the 335th Signal Command (Theater), of East Point, Ga.
