Steve Graff (right) here Nov. 14. The New York Air National Guard's 105th Airlift Wing officially opened its new C-17 Simulator Training Facility on Nov. 14. The system will provide cost effective training for C-17 aircrews assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing. Larkin is also a retired Army lieutenant colonel.
