At right is Todd Rosenblum Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas Security Affairs. The participants discussed a number of issues that occurred during the combined state/federal response to Hurricane Sandy. The group was also briefed on Joint Task Force Empire Shield Operations in New York City.
