Mills, a member of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, process Soldiers arriving at Exercise Central Accord 14 in Douala, Cameroon, March 18. The two are part of the Joint Reception, Staging, Onward movement and Integration cell, which manages personnel arriving and departing the exercise.
