DOUALA, Cameroon--Congolese national police Capt. Patrick Ossate and New York Army National Guard Specialist Daren E. Mills, a member of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, process Soldiers arriving at Exercise Central Accord 14 in Douala, Cameroon, March 18.
