BOLTON LANDING--Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York (right) presents General David Perkins, the commanding general of Army Training and Doctrine Command, with a book on New York's historic armories on Saturday, March 29, during the Adjutant General's Professional Day here. Perkins spoke to more than 200 Army and Air National Guard leaders about adaptive leadership, relating it to the changes in Army doctrine.
