Guard Members in New York Security Surge

NEW YORK-- New York Army National Guard 1st Sgt. David Peeler, a member of Joint Task Force Empire Shield, speaks with a Metropolitan Transit Authority Police Officer during a Multi-Agency Super Surge (MASS) security exercise held here on April 21, the same date as the 2014 Boston Marathon. The MASS exercises bring together a number of city, state and federal security forces.
