WATERVLIET-- Recruiting and Retention Battalion Command Sgt. Major Joseph Mitchell speaks following a transition of authority ceremony at the Watervliet Arsenal on Monday, April 28. Mitchell, formerly the operations sergeant major for the battalion, replaces CSM Jared Bunch who will assume new duties as operations sergeant major of the 53rd Troop Command.
