NEW YORK- New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Jeff Dorvee announces that the the Oakland Raiders picked Mississippi State football player Gabe Jackson as the 81st draft pick in the 2014 National Football League Draft on Friday, May 9.
Dorvee, a member of the 1427th Transportation company is the New York Army National Guard's 2014 Active Guard and Reserve NCO of the Year.
Dorvee was one of 15 servicemembers who took turns announcing draft picks during the first round of the draft conducted at Radio City Music Hall.
