WESTHAMPTON BEACH NEW YORK - General Frank J Grass Chief of the National Guard Bureau congratulates New York Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Matt Zimmer on receving his second Bronze Star with Valor award during a visit to FS Gabreski Air National Guard Base on May 10th 2014. During his visit General Grass toured the base coined outstanding Airmen and answered questions concerning the future of the Air National Guard.
Grass was in New York City to attend an event on Ellis Island and took time to visit the men and women of the 106th Rescue Wing.
