CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait-- A Soldier from the 3rd Battalion 142nd Assault Helicopter Battalion engages targets with a 240B machine gun during gunnery training here on June 3. The company, along with other elements of the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade is deployed in Kuwait. Engaging targets on the ground is the first step in aerial gunnery training. Soldiers from 3rd Battalion 238th General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB) from the Michigan Army National Guard , currently assigned to the brigde, also participated in the training.
