CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE-- Col. Richard Green, the new commander of the New York Army National Guard Medical Command takes the unit guidon from Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York, during the Change-of-Command ceremony here on Sunday, August 3. Green replaces Col. James Coleman who has been tapped to become New York Army National Guard State Surgeon.
