EAST MEADOW--Soldiers of the 42nd Infantry Division Band perform a free concert at Eisenhower Park here on Wednesday, August 13. The Rainbow Division band plays at a series of venues across New York as part of its annual training program. Prior to this appearance the band performed in the Hudson Valley, Syracuse, the Finger Lakes and on Staten Island.
