LATHAM- Command Sgt. Major Louis Wilson (right) looks on as outgoing New York National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks passes the Division of Military and Naval Affairs colors to Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General, during a change of responsibility ceremony on Friday, August 15, at DMNA Headquarters. Wilson takes on the role of top enlisted advisor to the Adjutant General from Wicks, who is retiring. Wilson,an Iraq War veteran, was previously the command sergeant major for the 53rd Troop Command.
