COLONIE-- General Frank Grass, the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, speaks to veterans and members of the 42nd Infantry Division on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014 during the annual meeting of the Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation. The event marked the 10th anniversary of the 42nd Infantry Division's 2004 mobilization for service in Iraq in 2005. The Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation was originally created in 1920 by the World War I veterans of the division.
