President Honored During Sunday Ceremony

MENANDS-- New York Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Anthony German, chief of staff of the New York Air National Guard, New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Louis Wilson, New York National Guard Command Sgt. Major, and Albany Rural Cemetery Board Member Anthony Esposito, renders honors to President Chester Arthur, the 21st President of the United States, at a ceremony held on his birthday, Sunday, Oct. 5. German and Wilson presented a wreath from President Barack Obama to mark the event.
