PEEKSKILL-- New York Naval Militia Petty Officer 3rd Class Jamsel Reyes mans a boat during training on the Hudson River here on Oct. 17. York Naval Militia patrol boat crews assigned to the Military Emergency Boat Service operated in the Hudson River near the Indian Point nuclear power plant on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 17 and 18 to train crews, work on communications techniques, and test mobilization procedures. Twenty five sailors took part in the training.
