EAST FARMINGDALE--New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Paul Rodriguez a member of the 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team (CST) checks a simulated terrorist during a drill at the Suffolk County Water Authoritys New Highway Pump Station on Monday Oct. 27 2014. National Guard CSTs are trained to identify the presence of chemical biological or radiological agents and provide that information to local authorities. The exercise tested response protocols to intruder events and to identify and correct any existing weaknesses in station security.(
