LATHAM-- New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Jack James accepts the colors of the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade from Major General Harry Miller, commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, during change-of-command ceremonies at the Army Aviation Support Facility here on Saturday, Nov. 15. james replaces Col. Al Ricci who is retiring.
