NEW YORK- Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard's 1st Battalion 258th Field Artillery pose after receiving the Order of St. Barbara during the unit St. Barbara's Ball on Dec. 20, 2014. The Saint Barbara Award was presented to Major Richard W. Powell, Captain Nicholas Tommaso, Sergeant First Class Alexander Vargas, Sergeant first Class Garth Harris, and Staff Sergeant Felix Camacho. Recipients of the award, named after the patron saint of artillerymen, are recognized for excellence.
