BUFFALO-- New York Air National Guard Col. Kevin Rogers, the Inspector General of the 107th Airlift Wing, places a wreath from President Barak Obama on the grave of President Millard Fillmore at Forest Lawn Cemetery here on Wednesday, Jan. 7. The military traditionally places a wreath from the sitting president at the graves of past presidents on the anniversary of their birth.
