STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- New York Air National Guard Capt. Patrick Gillen leads South African Maj Gen Wiseman Simo Mbambo on a tour of a C-5M Super Galaxy cargo bay undergoing refurbishment at the base on Monday, March 3. Mbambo visited Stewart Air National Guard Base as part of the State Partnership Program between the New York National Guard and the South African National Defence Force.
