Lt. Col. Rolfe K. Metz of the German Army presents the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge to New York Army National Guard Spc. Adilia Murillo, a member of the 107th Military Police Battalion, following the New York Army National Guard's 2015 Best Warrior Competition on Sunday, March 29, 2015. The events of the German Proficiency Badge course were integrated into the competition to introduce the competitors to a wider variety of tasks. Five of the 11 competitors received the German award.
