HANCOCK FIELD, SYRACUSE, NY A Member of the New York Air National Guard's 174th Attack Wing Munitions Flight train on loading procedures on March 7, 2015 at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. The munition load crew must be certified quarterly on transporting, loading and wiring munitions onto the MQ-9 Reaper that precisely hit specific targets.
