ORISKANY--An officer of the Endicott N.Y. Police Department and a New York Army National Guard Soldier from the 1108th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Co. render safe a training IED during the Raven's Challenge bomb disposal training exercise on June 24 2015 at the New York State Preparedness Training Center in Oriskany NY.The 2015 Ravens Challenge in Oriskany brought together EOD units from the New York Army and Air National Guard U.S. Army police forces from across New York and military and police forces from Canada. Over the course of the week long challenge the forces shared their unique specialties and knowledge pooling resources to tackle multiple counter-IED exercises in a realistic training environment.
