New York helicopters support Leapfest

KINGSTON, R.I. -- Paratroopers sit and wait on a New York Army National Guard CH-47 Chinook helicopter assigned to Company B. 3rd Battalion 126th Aviation prior to a jump at Leapfest here on Aug. 1 2015. Leapfest is an International parachute competition hosted by the 56th Troop Command Rhode Island National Guard to promote high level technical training and esprit de corps within the International Airborne community. Two CH-47F helicopters from the New York unit spent almost six hours supporting the event on Saturday, August 1.
