STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- Members of the 139th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron of the New York Air National Guards 109th Airlift Wing the 118th Medical Group Tennessee Air National guard and the Albany New York Veterans Administration members carry patients made up from the New York Civil Air Patrol from the staging area tent to a LC-130 Hercules aircraft during an exercise at Stratton Air National Guard Base Scotia New York.
