SARATOGA -- The 42nd Infantry Division Band, led by Chief Warrant Officer 3 Mark Kimes, plays the national anthem prior to the start of the race day at the Saratoga race track on Aug. 14. The 42nd Band is touring the state playing at nine different venues as part of their 2015 annual training.
