CAMP SMITH --Soldiers who successfully completed the Army Basic Instructor Course taught by the 106th Regional Training Institute at Camp Smith Training Site near Peakskill pose for a class picture in Nov. 18 2015. The class, taught November 9-18, prepares officers and non-commissioned officers to provide effective classroom instruction. Participants included Sodliers from the New York Army National Guards 106th Regional Training Institute the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and the 53rd Troop Command and a member of the District of Columbia Army National Guard.
